Ronald J. Vesci started Camellia Window Cleaning in 1967 and has provided high rise window cleaning in the Sacramento area until 1976, at which time he changed the name to River City Maintenance, to form a complete maintenance company. The company is presently operated by Ron and his daughter, Rona Vesci Webster.

In April of 2005, Rona bought the business from Ron. Ron is still involved in the business and its day-to-day operations.
